A coordinator bringing several companies and domains around one shared brief

About PACTUM

We Are the Middleman
Between Companies That Need Each Other.

A business rarely lacks everything. It usually lacks one company, one specialist, one technology or one route to the market. We identify that missing part and help put the relationship in place.

What We Actually Do

We work in the space
between several companies.

One may own the customer relationship. Another has the technology. A third can deliver locally. PACTUM keeps the need visible, brings the relevant parties into the same discussion and clarifies how the work or transaction will proceed.

Founder & Direction

Founder-led.
Network-built.

PACTUM’s direction covers the qualification of business needs, the selection of relevant partners and the structure of each introduction.

The role is not to pass a contact from one side to another. It is to keep the brief visible, identify the missing capability and make sure the parties understand why they are meeting and what must happen next.

Implementation structure

PACTUM is currently developed and operated under ScalniQ for the implementation phase only. The legal entity responsible for any future paid mandate, invoice or regulated activity will be identified in writing before that work begins.

The Middleman Role

Bridging is a job,
not a slogan.

We are useful when no single company can cover the full requirement, or when the right parties do not yet know each other.

A need exists

Start from what the business cannot solve alone.

We separate the real requirement from the first solution someone has in mind.

A party is missing

Identify the company or capability that completes the picture.

That may be a technology builder, an operator, a commercial partner, a specialist or an investor.

A relationship must work

Put the reason, roles and commercial basis on the table.

Depending on the assignment, PACTUM works on an agreed fee, coordination basis or commission disclosed before the deal proceeds.

Reach & Verification

Open to the world.
Selective about access.

PACTUM can consider a need from any region. Network access, however, begins with a review rather than an automatic approval.

Worldwide coverage

Every region can enter the conversation.

Each opportunity is then reviewed against the countries involved, the counterparties, the available delivery capacity and the legal or payment route required. If a local licence or specialist is necessary, the work stays at evaluation stage until that route is in place.

Global intakeLocal checks
Partner verification

Registration is the beginning, not the approval.

Identity
Professional identity, contact details and authority to represent an organisation.
Capability
Relevant work, sector experience, services, markets and current availability.
Evidence
Company records, references or supporting material when the assignment requires them.
Access
Profile submitted, reviewed by PACTUM, then activated, limited or suspended.

Approval confirms that the profile has been reviewed. It is not a guarantee of future performance or the result of a transaction.

Several Domains

The domain changes.
The role remains clear.

We can operate across digital systems, strategic transformation, B2B work, industrial projects, procurement, market access and new ventures. When a company needs delivery capacity, we can also recruit or assemble developers, engineers and field teams through the network.

Situations We Can Enter

Start with the situation.
Then find the missing party.

The sector can change. The useful starting point is the part of the work that cannot move forward alone.

Company need

A business needs a provider, specialist or delivery partner.

Cross-border route

A company wants to enter another market but lacks the right local relationship.

Technical capacity

A client needs developers, engineers or a complete team around a defined assignment.

Venture development

An idea needs a working file, contributors, buyers or controlled expressions of interest.

A Simple Test

If two or more companies could create value together but the relationship has not yet been identified, structured or activated, that is where PACTUM can enter.
