This notice covers the conversation form, member profiles, the private directory, Bridge Desk proposals, forum contributions and Venture Lab projects across PACTUM’s international network.
PACTUM is founded and directed by Kamal EL FARRICHA. During the current implementation phase, the product is developed and operated under ScalniQ. This temporary arrangement covers implementation only. The definitive data controller, privacy contact and principal data-protection jurisdiction will be identified before commercial launch.
Information we collect
When you submit the conversation form, we collect the details you provide and a protected, non-readable fingerprint of the network address used for abuse prevention. When you join the network, the site also stores your signed-in account identifier, email address, profile and selected domains. Bridge Desk stores the business or project information you submit, the support requested and the private review terms. Forum discussions and replies are stored with the member account that published them.
How we use it
Conversation details are used to review and answer your request. Profile information operates the member directory. Bridge Desk information is used to assess a project, discuss PACTUM’s role and decide whether it should enter Venture Lab. Forum contributions support exchanges inside the network. The site owner manages project publication and member access.
What members and visitors can see
Only approved members can see completed directory profiles, including the display name, role, organisation, location, professional summary, selected domains, website and account email address. A partner can see only their own Bridge Desk proposals and review notes. Forum discussions are readable publicly and show the member display name; posting and replying require an active member profile. Venture Lab drafts remain private to the owner, and only published project information appears on the open website.
Administration
The owner dashboard is separate from the member area. It contains incoming conversations, member access controls, Bridge Desk reviews, project records and forum moderation. Ordinary members cannot open this administration space.
Authentication and storage
Member access uses Sign in with ChatGPT. PACTUM does not create or store a separate password. Conversations, profiles, proposals, forum content, notifications and projects are stored in the site’s private database and protected by server-side access controls. For members and Bridge Desk proposals, the accepted Terms version and acceptance time are also recorded.
International processing and transfers
PACTUM may connect people in different countries. Before personal information is transferred to a new provider or country, the operator must identify the transfer, document the purpose and apply the notice, contract, security measure or other safeguard required by the laws protecting the person concerned. A member must not export directory data for an unrelated purpose.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to information, access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent, and a right to complain to a competent authority. Requests can be made through the conversation form. Identity may be verified before a request is completed, and information may be retained where a legal obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of claims requires it.
Notifications
In-app notifications are created when account access changes, a Bridge Desk review is updated, a proposal moves into Venture Lab or another member replies to your forum discussion. The owner also receives internal notices for new conversations, profiles, proposals and forum topics. Notifications are visible only to their intended signed-in recipient.
Retention and deletion
Information should be kept only while it is needed to operate the account, handle a request or maintain appropriate legal and business records. The final retention schedule must define periods by record type and applicable country. You can request access, correction or deletion through the conversation form and state that your message concerns privacy.
Cookies and analytics
The site does not set advertising cookies and does not include third-party analytics. Sign-in uses a session cookie required to keep the member area secure. New analytics, advertising or non-essential cookies must not be added without the notices and choices required for the visitor’s country.
Funding information
Bridge Desk and Venture Lab can record an intended success fee, equity position, rights, funding objective or payment link. A recorded field is not an investment offer and the site does not itself process payments, investments or donations.
