Provider success fee
The provider pays the higher share because the introduction produces revenue. The fee follows the money actually received from the client.
Introductions & Fees
PACTUM brings two businesses together around a defined opportunity. Before names are exchanged, each party sees our role, its own fee and the event that makes it payable.
Two Sides, Two Services
The provider earns new business. The client saves time finding and qualifying the right counterpart. PACTUM invoices each side separately, on terms accepted before the introduction.
The provider pays the higher share because the introduction produces revenue. The fee follows the money actually received from the client.
The client pays a lighter fee for the search, qualification and commercial route prepared by PACTUM. It is never hidden inside the provider’s price.
Indicative Framework
Each percentage applies only to the portion of the contract inside that band. The final basis remains subject to the written agreement for the specific opportunity.
| Commissionable contract value | Provider | Client | Application |
|---|---|---|---|
| First $25,000 | 5% | 2% | Applied to the first band only |
| $25,001 — $100,000 | 4% | 1.5% | Applied to the amount within this band |
| $100,001 — $500,000 | 3% | 1% | Applied to the amount within this band |
| $500,001 — $2,000,000 | 2% | 0.75% | Applied to the amount within this band |
| Above $2,000,000 | 1%–1.5%1.25% in the estimator | 0.5% | Final rate confirmed for the deal |
Commissionable value excludes taxes, refunded sums, finance charges and documented third-party expenses passed through at cost.
Fee Estimator
This estimate uses the indicative progressive bands above. It does not create a mandate, an invoice or an obligation to proceed.
Monthly Retainers
An open-ended promise is not treated as collected revenue. Retainer fees are billed progressively as the underlying monthly invoices are paid.
The annualised value determines the progressive rate, then PACTUM invoices its share month by month.
The relationship continues, but the introduction fee reduces after the first twelve paid months.
If PACTUM remains involved, a separate account-management mandate replaces the introduction fee.
Commercial Boundary
The grid is designed for ordinary B2B contracts. Activities that require an authorised intermediary are reviewed separately before PACTUM accepts a mandate.
Introductions leading to a genuine contract for products, services or operating capability.
The public grid does not automatically apply when sector-specific authorisation or fundraising rules may be involved.
Before the Names Are Exchanged
PACTUM does not introduce one party and disclose the second fee later. Both sides accept the arrangement in writing before the relationship is opened.
The need, parties, contract type and expected value receive a PACTUM reference.
Each side sees its own fee and confirms that PACTUM may be paid by both parties.
The relevant context is shared and the parties decide whether to proceed.
The fee is calculated from declared amounts actually paid under the resulting contract.
