The problem
Who faces it, how often it occurs and why the existing answer is not enough.
Venture Lab / Idea Bank
We and our partners will place selected ideas here with a white paper. The point is simple: another person should be able to understand the idea, challenge it and decide whether to buy it, fund it or help build it.
What the Idea Bank Is
Idea Bank is not a list of slogans. Each entry begins with a real problem and a proposed way to deal with it.
PACTUM may write the first idea, develop one with a partner or accept a proposal from outside the network. We then prepare the working file: who it is for, how it could work, what it may cost, where the risks are and what must be tested.
The result can be offered to a third party, opened to investment or developed as a joint project. The proposed route is stated on the page; it is not hidden behind a contact form.
The White Paper
The document changes with the idea, but these questions must be answered before it is treated as a serious proposition.
Who faces it, how often it occurs and why the existing answer is not enough.
What would be built or changed, what the user would actually do and what the first useful version includes.
Who may buy it, operate it or bring it to market. If that is still unknown, the file says so.
A first cost range, the skills required, dependencies and the work needed before a reliable budget exists.
What has not been proved, which assumptions could stop the project and what evidence would justify the next commitment.
Possible Outcomes
The owner of the idea and the status of its intellectual work must be clear before discussions begin.
A third party acquires the documented concept or negotiates a defined right to use it.
An investor backs a stated test, prototype or first operating phase rather than an undefined promise.
People contribute technology, market access or operating capability under an agreed structure.
First Example
Imagine an audit tool that identifies where a mid-sized business is likely to lose time, data or decision quality over the next five years. The Idea Bank file would not say “AI will transform the business.” It would define the information required, the audit method, the report delivered, the first customers and the human judgment that remains necessary.
